Great cities for exotic car watching - Tokyo

Don't come here (Canada) to see nice cars - Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto are not very good car watching places.
But Vancouver has that Lotus/Lamborghini/Ferrari/God/Orgasmo dealership...

That's because it hardly ever snows in Vancouver.

There are some obvious areas in Southern California: Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, Newport, etc.
I see them occasionally--including Carrera GT's, Enzo's, and the like--whenever the owner decides to take them out.

When I was in Munich, I saw many interesting cars.
In Japan, nice Japanese cars are everywhere. It's only in the upper class districts in Tokyo where the imports are popular.

In Tokyo, I think the nice cars usually show up near Kabuki-cho (I think that's what the district is called in English). You have to wait till late at night though, because the high-rollers like to show up at that time and look for hot chicks!! I've seen Murcielagos, Ferraris, white MB S500 with tinted windows and big wheels (that's considered Gansta' in Japan), and other nice exotics.

There's a dealer (well, a bunch next to each other) in LA that sells Jaguars, Porsches, Rolls-Royces, Bentleys, Mercs, and Audis. In that order. I saw a Carrera GT in the showroom, surrounded by about 10 Boxsters, next to two Rolls-Royce Phantoms and a Corniche, with two Arnages (T and R) and a bright blue Continental GT. Hell, I didn't even notice the Jags and the rest, I was too busy sitting in that Corniche.

Going up Los Angeles Crest Highway 2 I saw two Viper coupes and a nice Evo, which was definitely worth mentioning.

Florida's great for Porsche watching: they're practically the Toyota of supercars because there's so many there. The rest is vulgar.

Finally, in Waltham, MA there's another uber-dealership that sells Aston Martins, Saleens, Lotuses, Spykers, old Porsches, and little boys' dreams. I've mentioned it before, but it's worth mentioning again.

Zurich.

I haven't seen so many "special" cars anywhere else in Europe. Wealthy countries/cities are full of Mercs, BMWs, Porsches, etc. But in Switzerland I saw cars like Mitsubishi Evo, all sorts of Maseratis, Astons, oldtimers, Caterhams, etc.

Expensive cars, but not just that. These cars have that "cool" factor car-nuts talk about.
