We could always move the site outta the country or something, but I sadly am still in the States. I guess it comes down to how far do I want to push my luck.
 
I was afraid of that with ev1servers... they tend to be more meddlesome than useful. I was wondering if they changed their ways, but apparently not.

They are a server host that is notorious for searching through sites that they host, and sending AUP/TOS violations to people, even if not requested by copyright owner. I thought they had changed their ways, but apparently not. Also. they say they received a C&D letter but refuse to forward the C&D to the customer.

I would suggest taking the files down, as they are overzealous when it comes to AUP/TOS violations (i.e. their 48 hours is more like 24), and finding a new way of distributing the torrent files. I also suggest we take this discussion of how to bypass them out of the forum, you never know who is watching.
 
maybe you can leave the site.. but put the torrents on torrentspy or something like that could that work?

Viper.. you need to talk to Mix and move your site over to his server. he could care less about TOS and stuff.. and of course you already know him. he'll give you a great deal since he's already hosting me.
