GT4 Driving Mission 34

I did it kamakazi style too. Very little breaking at the end of the straight and then i was lucky enough to hit the 300 SL sideways, and therefor not getting penaltie. Took me 3 hours or something. The skyline slipstream thing was really a bitch too.
 
i quit trying the Driving missions after #10. now i have no chance of getting the Tank Car.
 
I'm glad to say I have completed all the driving missions. But I remember when I started doing them, I was like "WTF how the hell am I supposed to finish any of them?!!". Then I realised all you have to do is just put your head down and perfect the missions each time until you complete them...lousy advice I know..

Hey ESPNSTI, whats your percentage at? I'm real curious cos your like the guy when it comes to GT4. Did you manange to A-Spec it all the way??

Heres my stats (yes I know theres a thread somewhere but I can't find it). I just took a pic of it just now. I completed these stats with the DS2 but now I'm starting again with my recently aquired DFP.

BTW: I ONLY B-Spec'ed the enduros. Thats it ;)
 
I don't remember (probably 80-something). :p

I got side-tracked / busy with something else, and I decided to take a little breather (which turned out to be a long breather).
After I get a big screen (which will still be a while), I plan to continue.

Hey you should get yourself a DFP. Its a must have for diehard fans of the series.
 
damn i'm only at like 54% and my B-spec levels are in the low 70's.
 
well your B-spec levels are
Machine Skill: 28
Couse Skill: 23
Battle Skill: 25

i'm saying that mine are in the high 60's or low 70's.
 
Ahh ok. I have no idea how to read those exactly. They are all just numbers to me.

The tank car isn't all that good..
Its so big it doesn't even fit on the screen in the garage!

My tip to finish No.34 is to drive really really fast :|
 
:no: People people people, it's so much more satisfying when you complete mission 34 properly...

i leave the TC off for the most part, though i turn the understeer control on pretty high when using a high powered car to be able to go full throttle through corners with some major powerslides. I like being able to use the Audi Le Mans concept with over 800hp and be able to powerslide through every corner at Laguna Seca. :p
and i used B-spec a million times on the DTM race to make some money. :thumbsup:

seriously you can make nearly a million $ within a half hour or so.
