Correct!

Clarkson had one for a while (whether he bought it or it was borrowed i don't know) and he loved it. Hence, the connection with the Cossie, which he also owned.

Everyone was stunned by the car, because it was very different from what Volvo usually offered. Is also stunned people because it was actually good.
