I was looking for a background bio on James May, and I stumbled upon this site: http://groups.msn.com/HammondHeaven. I don't know wether to laugh or cringe... it's slighly funny, but creepy at the same time. :shock:...:lol:...:|...:? It seems fitting with the fan letter he got in this weeks Top Gear anyway. :p

The "Fav Shirt" is especailly odd - they talk about making a shirt and sending it to Hammond. Some people are quite odd. :?
 
Yeah that is pretty creepy, obsessed/stalker fan.
 
^ It's a whole bunch of them though, not just one obsessed/stalker fan. It's an MSN group, so its a forum with a bunch of people on it - similar to ours... except populated by oddly obsessive teenage girls. :p :?

Well, there would be nothing wrong with having a lot of girls on the forum, but I don't think we want these girls. They'd bring the overall intelligence level of the forum down by about 3000% percent.

I'd think they'd be worse than us when and episode is about to be released like last night..."AHHHH I need my Hammond!!!", then they would start to cry, then, possibly, eat because they were so sad and frustrated. :wink:

Haha, great site!

James doesn't et enough time on the show in my opinion, he seems a damn good presenter if he was given a good chance. Better than the old fat bloke anyway.
 
I don't like James at all really, kinda makes me cringe when he talks sometimes, it's like he's talking a completely different language to the rest of us. He was definately the weird kid that sat at the front of the class and people would hang their heads when he tried to tell a joke.
