and that's how far i've come so far!

Fuck yes. I love RWD Volvos.

This.

Needs a prancing moose though :D

i'm not a huge fan of the prancing moose logo, maybe.. a small one, somewhere sometime :p

I saw a couple of young guys drifting such thing through a roundabout in Sweden. Put a smile on my face. That car belongs on the cool wall, no doubt! I'm a big fan of the new wheels as well.

Now that's a proper brick :)

I can't explain it, but I love these big bricks. Freaking awesome.

A BANGIN STEREO FOR ME TUNES :may:

Bah! being a car owner is not always roses and sunshine, on my way home tonight, i stopped by some friends, and when i was about to head back home... it wouldn't start, seems the fuel filter might be borked, so i had to leave the car in town :(
will have to pick it up tomorrow, than it's making a fix time!

The car is back up and running again! changed the fuel filter, flywheel sensor, and some big white thingy that seems like some sorta switch for something about the fuel, bensin rele in norwegian, i just can't think of the english word.

Though! none of those things made the car start, however the fuse for the fuel pump... despite looking whole, was not! took it out to look closer, and the metal part fell off...
new fuse, voila! car works again.

I finally did get the centers for the rims.... not using them, they don't even look like they belong to those rims, seems Volvo had the same center on ALL their rims or something.
here's a picture of what they look like, only mine's not chromed.

Also... the Volvo got lower, as the springs settled, it'll actually have trouble with some speedbumps.

Used for a roadtrip too, back to it's hometown of Gothenburg, though is started ticking badly...
Thankfully quickly solved, as it was just a gasket for the manifoild.

Now... there's lots of snow.
and lumps of ice and snow, has knocked a hole in my exhaust, so it sounds loud, need a new exhaust now, or at least weld it til i can afford one.
here on winter shoes.

But thankfully it's my birthday this month, maybe i'll be able to put monies aside, and buy a complete kit with proper lowering springs and proper stiff dampers.

I've also picked up another set of wheels i'm gonna fix up.

I went and got prices on a new exhaust, i'll be buying one really soon, complete from the cat and back, it's only like $100, and this from the Volvo dealership.

prices on suspensions however not so fun, that's closer to $800, $1300 if i do swaybars too.
but that'd be Bilstein dampers, nice and stiff Club Sport ones, and IPD swaybars

I has shiney new exhaust now! yey!

went from bleh...
