How do create bootable ISO file??

How do I go about doing it? I know the files (Windows 2000) I have are bootable but when I create the ISO file, VMWare doesn't detect the bootable CD.

Care to help.

And yes this is legit but I have it on a CD that won't boot but it should be bootable.

You can create ISOs with Alcohol 120%
