How do you make TG vids to avatar style vids?

Maybe you should show Jostyrostelli how to optimize .GIF avatars properelly. :p

I don't mind his avatar on my home computer, but since it is over 700k it nearly chokes my work computer to death. Yours are a really nice size. :)
