I bet this is stolen of Bugatti's Quad-turbo's design  . Maybe Bugatti should learn from this guy

i think he must have like no turbo lag! more over if he had stage boosting he can have like 2 coming in every 1K! LOL! that must be why its on that lateralG site!

like that is a american car so it must have a red like ofr like around 6K yea? so 8 turbos for 6K is more than enough for a turbo to kick in every 1K man! DAMMMMMMM

lol nice

^just saw that last video. 5.7L LS1 with 730hp @ 5800rpm and 710lb-ft @ 5000rpm and 13.5psi of boost. It's impressive, but not for eight turbos. :|
The Koenigsegg CCR is going to have 806hp from a 4.7L, and it's only going to be supercharged.

^ This car seems like more of an experiment than anything. There are much easier (not to mention cheaper) ways to get 730HP out of an LS1.

^True, I'm probably being a little overcritical of them, as I don't think anyone has made an eight-turbo system before. Just the fact that they could plumb eight turbos and keep it all under the hood is amazing, and getting it running was probably a feat in itself. Who knows, maybe after they experiment with this a little more they can focus on getting more power out of it.

That thing is awesome.

A turbo per cylinder.

I read about that when my Hot Rod magazine came. Kind of a big shame since it's too many turbos on that car and still produces so little power. It does get street driven but I've never seen it race.

how much boost does each turbo make? 1 PSI?

it's cool as a project, but not as a way to gain power (what he wasn't after i assume)
