Well Josty comes from Josteven but if people say Josteven with a different accent it sounds like Yo Steven! So that was why you didn't know 8)

The name of the show is Maximum Exposure, Max X for short. It is by far the best random video clip show around. The announcer really makes fun of the people in the videos. I love watching it.
