I have no sympathy for people like that.
 
Videos like that make efforts to get any sort of lanesplitting (even with a top speed limit of 10mph) passed in Texas harder. No sympathy here either.

i have no idea what the build up to this was, and i don't care if the car did something wrong, show your frustration with the driving, and get on!
this guy got what he deserves! (climax starts at 1:40)

 
He got what he deserved. And he could have been a lot worse off if the car hit him in the rear while driving.

That's like "car vs bike 101", bike always loses.
