(on that trend-shell)
Richard Hammond has done it again... he really fades into the background a lot when sharing the screen with Jeremy. This especially after Jeremy does a test, where he just latches onto his jokes and tries to continue them (CLS55, among other segments) and then just does the same after the power lap ("Hey that's not bad!"). Maybe that's why he has to compensate with those crude insults. Still, it does feel like there's 2.5 presenters on sometimes. Some say it's because of his height, and that it's okay because he's younger. All we know is that he's in his 30s, and "youth" is hardly the right label for him (apologies to others of his age). Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy this show a lot. I just wish Richard would strike a better medium between blending into the background and going hysterical.
