This is Rise Of The Machines all over again. And I thought they had the franchise back on track with Salvation.
 
The brilliance of Terminator II was the emotional story that road along with the action. This looks to be another mindless shooter with nostalgic fan service thrown in.
 
I think the plot could be interesting if it involves the issue of time traveling to places and events that are different when you arrive, meaning things have changed...but the future still happened.

That said...I re-watched Salvation last night. Still really like it, for as mindless as it is.

Name sucks, hope the movie doesnt, I do hope they do more of the futureand less of the past. Getting tired of pre-re-post-sequels, Xmen did it okay, but they just need to stop, either reboot the series or let go of the past.
 
This seems more like the Star Trek reboot in my opinion.
 
So driving California into the ground wasn't bad enough, he needs to bring down the Terminator franchise as well?
 
OK, that's about 30x better than the teaser.
 
YIFY has just released his rip, how is the film? I never saw Salvation...
 
I actually quite liked it. Not as good as 2, but better than 3 and 4.
