In.. malaysia.

I wanna start a show called Redline. In malaysia, they have this automotive show called 'Dapat Auto' which translates to 'Get Auto'.. whatever the fuck that means. This show is utter crap and too informative and too commercial. Badly done like any other malaysian show. The entertainment industry hear is very unproffesional compared to the bbc or something.

If my photoshop skills even existed i'd create something better. but to me simplicity rules. So I'm gonna show that malaysians can do better and i'm gonna make cars fun like what top gear did. Though im not gonna copy the format of TG. i'll try to make the 'fun' there. See I'm gonna famous. I believe i have charm to piss people off as well, so that's a plus!

you want to or are going to start are show? any legal progress, such as which channel its going to be on, what time, directors/producers...etc etc etc?

good luck btw, i hope it works out for you

After i get out of college. get my braces off. i might be serious, seriously.

Thats a great idea, it should be possible, but wouldn't it be hard to get cars to review?

very hard if we're talking about supercars and such. cars are priced like 3-4 times more than the original because of tax and shit. plus, they dont have authorised dealers of ferrari, etc. Even if there were any, i doubt they'd lend a car. Unless we find people who actually own those cars, like what TG did with nick mason.

hey man ur gna need a co-host who lives in the same country....and who is as funny as hell and in the same are ;) :D :hint::hint:

^^ you can review affordable cars @ home, and go abroad to test supercars, like tg and fg do many times ;)

hmmm...i got a name for u if the show is meant for the local and indonesian market....since its both similar language...."Garis Merah".which is redline in malay

Yup that's true. Unfortunately I did some research and found that new zealand already has a car show called redline http://www.juicetv.com/shows/redline.html

Would it be against copyright laws to call my show the same?
Who cares about New Zealand, flush em down the toilet I say  :D

Good luck!

Yeah bugger them..... bloody bastards thinking Australia is their 'mainland'

oh and good luck with the show.

Sound like great fun! Also quite a bit ambitious too.

I'm wondering if I can pull the same thing off in Japan. I'm a very outspoken, bold, and crude guy--something that doesn't really fit into Japanese culture. I'd have no problem getting cars there! FujiTV, here I come!
