I checked to see if there was a thread about this, and I didn't find any.

In the Shadow of the Moon follows each and every manned mission to the moon made by the United States. The documentary reviews both the footage and media available to the public at the time of the missions, as well as NASA films and materials which had not been opened in over 30 years; all of which has been remastered in HD. Augmenting the archival audio and video are contemporary interviews with the surviving astronauts who walked on the moon. (taken from Wikipedia)

In the Shadow of the Moon is coming out with a limited release in the U.S. on September 07, 2007.

Trailer can be found here: http://www.apple.com/trailers/thinkfilm/intheshadowofthemoon/hd/

I'm really looking forward to this.

So it'll be in cinemas?

Yes, limited release in the US. That means that it won't be in every movie theater like a regular movie will. I'm not sure about New Zealand though, the only other non-US release date I could find is for Australia, and they get it in Feb. of 2008.

What's unusual is that Neil Armstrong didn't do any interviews for this movie.
