In which Episode is the Pontiac Firebird TRANS AM WS6?

Hi Guys.

I'm a huge (german) fan of TG.
As I'm about to buy a Pontiac Trans Am WS6 and I rely on Jeremys opinion, I would like to see the "test drive" of this car in Top Gear.
I'm sure it was in one of the past shows around the years 2000 till 2002.

Can someone please tell me the exact show it was in?

Certainly wasn't in the new format Top Gear, maybe in the old ones.

I used to have a 93 Firebird Formula and an 84 Trans Am.
Not great cars, but certainly something you can have a hell of a lot of fun in (I sure did ).

I am seriously considering one. A WS6 Firehawk though. The only one to buy .

Maybe they were driving the Formula V6 one.

A Firehawk WS6 is another beast on it's own.

Yes but the Pontiac is more luxury than the Camaro.

The Pontiac has a more luxury feel than the Chevy. It's always been like that. I've sat in both and the Pontiac is a bit more upscale and a tad higher price tag as well.

Don't waste your money, just buy a Subaru.

I'm sorry, but a lot of you are just plain wrong about Camaro's/Firebirds

They are not womens cars at all and they are both basically the same. You have to get the V8's though, others are no good.

The Z28, T/A, T/A WS6, SS all have an LS1 V8 factory rated at 300 hp but they were underrated from the factory so they put down 300 at the wheels, so it's about 320-340 at the flywheel. The LS1 is one of the best engines on the market if you want big power for cheap. They go very fast and can smoke sports cars twice the price. They can run quarters in the 14's all day. And believe it or not, they DO handle well.

They are great cars, I'm saving money to get one. Best deal on the market. At least in the U.S.
