Issue with 720p MKV of S02E06

Hello

I am converting the downloaded mkv's for use in iTunes with Handbrake. So far I had no issue doing this. However with the recent episode of Top Gear US Handbrake reads the file and immediately exits when the conversion process starts.

As I can read that some people here also had an issue playing recent MKVs with their Playstation I was wondering if something has been changed regarding the creation of these files...
