I watched this film yesterday and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed it despite it's age (1963). It's pretty much an old version of Rat Race and part of it has been parodied in The Simpsons before.

Anyone else ever seen this? If so, what did you think of it?

Hahaha... Some how I don't feel really comfy around movies from the 60ies as well...

Ah, let me take this chance to recomend a movie i saw a few days ago. Its called Coffee and Cigarettes.

Heres a little explaination of it stolen from imdb:
A comic series of short vignettes built on one another to create a cumulative effect, as the characters discuss things as diverse as caffeine popsicles, Paris in the '20s, and the use of nicotine as an insecticide--all the while sitting around sipping coffee and smoking cigarettes. As director Jim Jarmusch delves into the normal pace of our world from an extraordinary angle, he shows just how absorbing the obsessions, joys and addictions of life can be, if truly observed.

Its kinda a art like movie. So not everyone might enjoy it. And take the time to watch it.

Heres the torrent i got of it:

Its kinda borked at 40 mins, media player crashes. Just open it again and fast forward a second or so after the period where it crashes.

Nice one - I'll check it out - I read very positive reviews of it - so I'm looking forward to it.

That movie is hilarous, I remember seeing it when I was about 12 or so. One thing that was kinda lame was the intermission in the movie which lasted forever. But hilarous! I recommend!

I found it awful to watch, really really poor comedy. What was Spencer Tracy thinking when he took this job on? Then again the movie's 20 years older than me so it's obviously not pitched at my tastes.

I will agree with you on Dr Strangelove, a little wierd in bits but a very funny movie. Peter Sellers is brilliant. One of my faviourite Kubrik movies.
