James May: James May in Haul Road?

When did this happened? I just can't remember seen this in the show. Is this from another show presentet by James? a typo? or is it another James May? :lol:

I've never seen it before, but James has writen that he had been in Alaska before. Took the same life shovel on this past trip he had then.

He mentions Haul Road in this Telegraph column of his from January 2004.

I think that this is not someting he did for top gear. The picture said that it was 2001, as James joint new top gear in 2003 and old top gear ended in 2001, perhaps it's someting he did for the magazine?
