Quite possibly! :lol: In American Standard measure my civic has been consistently getting above 36mpg since the day I bought it, six years ago. I bought it new and didn't do anything to it besides add a K&N airfilter. It does have the 5-speed manual though, so I guess that helps.
 
You know, it's quite a nice photo of James, and I suspect I could crop out the awful, plastic, fake-breasted ... um ... ladies. ;)
