Just went through the entire thread and loving it. Awesome job uploading the pics! Keep em coming :)

Please tell me this is a dummy disc hiding drum brakes. I don't see a caliper anyway...

Yeah, I believe it's just for "looks".

I also found this:

Everybody's got a little Captain in them!

There are some funny statues here, there's one I saw of a guy stomping on a woman.

Thanks.

Like I said, I'll just be postig some of the pics here from now on. All of them will be on the blog.

I saw an F40 parked outside my apartment the other day.

And they've opened a hydrogen fuel pump down the road. This day there were some big wigs checking it out, they arrived in a Clarity apparently.

So I went for a walk today and swung past the megaweb. I was disappointed that the FT-86 wasn't there anymore cos my battery went flat last time. As I was walking home I noticed an LF-A parked under the building, then a black Lexus turned up, 2 guys in black suits and another guy hopped out and started looking it over, my guess is it was a potential buyer. Didn't have a zoom lens, damn. They started it up and revved it... that noise!

If you know the place I'm talking about, it was here...

Recently went to Tokoro George's place cos he's been called the Japanese Jay Leno due to his car collection. Anyway, they were filming his TV show when I turned up. I just snapped a couple of pics of the cars parked outside.

Also, I posted this in a car sightings thread, anyone know what it is?

^have no idea what it is, but i think it screams "zagato"

Yeah Icebone said Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ2 but that isn't it, then he suggested it might be a replica but it looks too different to be a replica and usually the differences are because the replica keeps parts of the donor car - I can't see any parts of this car that look like they might be from a donor car.

Edit: I found a TZ2 Zagato and that looks pretty close.

Just the fuel filler is misplaced, but then it's different in the 2 pics I posted and those cars look pretty similar.

this is where we miss mautzel - he knew them all...

Big bump time for a much overdue update. There was a festival close by that had tons of motorcycles.

A ton of Gixxers:

Don't let the size of the bike fool you, that's actually a full-grown man. They are Asians after all! :p

Lol, love those little bikes. The kid looks cute sitting on the Honda Monkey. Who else could fit into that miniature sidecar!

The 'cafe racer' in one of the lower pics looks like a Yamaha RX-K. They can be made to go pretty fast even if they are over 20-30 years old.

Pretty sure it's a Alfa Romeo Giulietta SZ Coda Tronca - very rare car. Think about 30 were built and all look a little different.

Here are a few recent interesting finds by me.

An Autozam AZ-1

Tucked away in the corner at a Christmas celebration was this solar car. From what I could tell it was built by high school students to compete in a race in Australia. I really wished I spoke more Japanese so I could talk to them about it.

I also saw a Wiesmann Roadster passing by on my way home. I wish I could have gotten a picture of it.

Kajun takun over!

Carbaged Lambos! Seriously, these guys don't deserve their cars. 99% of the time I walk that street I'm on the other side and could've got better shots.

Anyone guess what this is? (I know, just thought I'd quiz you all)

Must have been a test drive day for the SLS, there were at least 3 there. I saw one drive past the other day, nice sound.

Don't think I posted these before.

Some of the pics are getting squished on my site. Strange.

I'm more interested in that funky colored Diablo. And one of the hoses in that engine bay looks like it came from a vacuum cleaner.

Maybe a Toyota?

Honda.

It isn't he first time I've seen them, I think they might cruise over here now and then, it's a fairly popular meeting place for car enthusiasts. If I see them again I'll try to get shots of the flashing lights and diamond encrustacian.

I never thought I'd say this, the "Sunny" wagon looks very interesting to drive. The FJ20 helps as well .
