I've just spoken to friend of mine who is a motoring journalist (and no, it's not James 
), who told me that JC did have such a press agency, but it no longer exists. Several smaller/local publications decided it was better for them to hire their own motoring correspondent, so a lot business dried up. There aren't many motoring press agencies in the UK anymore apparently.
