As a circuit racer, the Mine's is the best because they stay down-to-earth about their modding. Sure, the airbox probably should be changed, and if i'm ever lucky enough to own my dream, I will, but the point of the Mine's isn't about changing every part concievable, it's a measured, sensible approach to tuning. The MCR is a 2.8, and even though it's more powerful than the Mine's, I'd guarantee the laptime would be marginal. It all comes down to a driver's preference and style. Personally, I love the thinking behind the Mine's and the 'tuning for response' which is just what you need on a circuit.
