I climbed inside a (pile of) rock(s) and while there I took this shot. A bit blurry thanks to the darkness and a bit of camera shake, but I still like it.

And yeah, I was geocaching :p

Haha, I have ad identical pile of bits in a box upstairs, been there for 2 years now. All I need is a tiny gear to get it going though.

Hah, nice shot Smoke.

From the air show today; howitzer awesomeness. I have other shots of it that are better composed but this has the power of awesome. Probably going to make a thread since I only took about 900 photos today.

Was a volunteer photographer at a charity event yesterday, part of which was a few 5k competitive runs. I saw this sign and a runner coming towards it and wanted to do this shot, which luckily came out on the first attempt. I'll probably be posting the rest of the series to flickr, so I'll just post all of it later.

This is a monkey zoo, where they have areas with free roaming monkeys. That particular zone had free roaming barbary macaques, with this one sitting in the middle of the path when I arrived. As I sat down on my haunches, and took a few pictures it walked right past me and sat down maybe a meter away from me. What you do not see in those pictures is the zoo's caretaker that was never more than 1.5m away from the monkey.
