Lens Flair

That's from friday. ;) I was looking for an opposite as well, same spot, but the verve in focus, not the mondeo, but some people started walking around and wouldn't clear up for a whole 5 minutes. So i said fuck it and went away. :p

Another double posting!

While I was taking this shot I had no end of grief off various park keepers, grounds men and just about everyone else who worked at this private estate. "Who are you?", "Why are you taking these pictures?", "Who are they for?", "Do you have ID?" etc, etc. I managed to string it out for about 40 minutes before they threw me out. So I made a point of slagging them off for the next day or two to anyone who'd listen. "WTF is it with rich people? Why are they so afraid of the rest of us?" Four days later they were hit with the biggest robbery of a private residency in British history! ?80 million in antiques were raided from the house. Mmmm, maybe they had a point...

Very nice. What lens you got? And what kind of flash unit? Do you use an umbrella?

Er... actually, I don't know! Hang on, I'll have a look...

... OK, I've got a Sigma 10-20mmD, a Sigma 28-200mm and a Nikon 18-35mm. All on a Fuji S2 Pro. I have no idea what lens I used for that shot. I'm sorry, I haven't a clue what I'm doing when it comes to equipment! For flash I've got one of those flash units that go on top of the camera and a bag full of these dirt cheap remote slaves (no umbrella). As I'm a bit of a dumbo when it comes to equipment they suit me fine: too bright? Get rid of one or move them further away. Too dark? do the opposite. For this shot they were on the floor, in view and I PS'd them out.

Otispunkmeyer: That's one of my favorite images of yours. Great angle, moment, and PP.

thanks man, i love that pool. though its 3m deep for the most part as well, it feels like your swimming for an eternity! backstroke is even worse because the roof is soooo high

love the colours in this shot, very rich, yet clean.

So I was cleaning out my closet...
