I have serious problems with that question. You can't even begin to tell what the teacher wants from you and most of them should at least give you partial credit. I propose the following selection for the teacher who replaces them after they are fired (which they won't be)

- KKK
- MENSA
- City Hall
- Bay Area

One of them remains objectively full of complete idiots, the others are either partially filled or require the student to remember that INT and WIS are different stats
