Oh because becoming the world champion just isn't enough motivation? ;)
 
I remember Hamilton saying that he doesn't like to drive fast. Anyway, that'll be nice gift.

He should only get it if he wins the WDC and BMW win the WCC cause the LM does have a BMW motor :D

isnt it slower than the standard road car though? it had different gearing no?

still, 1 of 5 in the world..... its never gonna depreciate.

Yes it's the one they showed in orange. The main difference to the 'standard' F1 is that it's stripped out, the passenger seats for instance are replaced with thin stripes of fabric glued on to the bare carbon fiber. The engine gets more power, up from 627 hp to 680 hp. It's got more downforce with the F1 GTR's aero package and, like you pointed out different gearing improving accelleration, but lowering the top speed.

yup... thought they will give him a new SLR instead.

Can he live with the fact that it has a BMW engine in it?
