Hi all,

A mate of mine and I are wanting to do a project and pick up an old cruddy BUT NO RUST 66 Mustang Convertible to rebuild.

Preferably from CA or NV, anyone know of a good online publication where we can do a search from the USA?

ie like autotrader.co.uk or dupontregistry.com for the states and for second hand cars?

Thanks G :D

u want a scrap car, but no rust?! perhaps ur setting ur sights a little high there.
He's looking in CA or NV.
From what I've heard (not sure if this is correct), because of the climate there, it might be possible to find a classic car with little or no rust.

Well, at lest from CA, its true for the most part. Since there is no snow in many parts of CA, not much salt in the ground (unless you live near the sea where you get some salt from the air but its not much at all).
My dad old friend has an orginal 60's Bug that has NEVER been parked in a garage and has 0 rust.

What I meant was a car that is still being used but really neglected, not SCRAP! As long as there is no rust! You can still find them and yes the climate in CA & NV is conducive to a rust free mustang!
