During the first week of November, I will be in Las Vegas attending the 2009 SEMA show. I am hoping that forum members who live in or near Las Vegas like 73GMCSprint can steer me towards some good restaurants. I'm not looking for posh restaurants - I don't think my friend Chris and I would be able to meet the dress code anyway. What I'm looking for is places where the locals like to eat.
So far my list includes the Memphis Championship Barbecue on Rainbow Blvd, an In-N-Out, and The Coffee Cup Cafe in Boulder City. If anybody has any other suggestions, please post them here!
Thanks in advance.

Sent you a PM, but left out the In-N-Out. There are several to choose from. The ones on Sahara and Dean Martin are probably the busiest. The one on Maryland is right on the UNLV campus and is probably just as busy too.

Got it - thanks. On the Strip, I'll check out Burger Bar, but that's about it. Maybe a buffet, but I'm not overly fond of buffets - I prefer my food fresh.
