Damn nice idea, Corvette powered E36. If i had the money, i would stick a e60 S85 B50 (new M5 V10) engine in in a e46, but thats just me :)

Company that is making kits to do this now... I wouldn't do it to my M, but maybe down the road I can buy a 318 and do it..

Yeah I wish the newer M5 engines went in smooth to an E36, but the only ones that really will are the E39s... But those only make as much as the Euro M3 motors... Man do I hate America sometimes.
 
That looks sweet. A lot of time and money but the end result should be awesome.
