blame bernie, it's him who tore up the FOTA with his generous offerings to ferrari and red bull
(and mercedes later bullied themself into the same deal)

but luckily he's gone, and the future exists out of fairtales and lemonade for everyone!

But for the love of god outlaw those god damned fins! Just as soon as F1s were about to look a bit cool, they allow them to create racing billboards once again?
 
I wonder now that Manor is formally bust if someone will pick them up, though it might be too close to Season start, especially if the 2017 car is not ready.
 
the manor-part that holds the F1 entry isn't bust
i would assume someone will buy that to create a new team in a few years time
