absolutely gorgeous! I would love to see some old races of these cars.
 
^ The great thing is that they still race these beasts. There are historic can-am races for the 1966-74 period cars held at Road America, but i am not sure how often or if they race on any other tracks.

Would definitely be worth a look though.
 
Got to see a bunch of Can-Ams running at Infineon last year (and a bunch of Le Mans racers too). They weren't as loud as I thought they would be.

That's cool as hell. I had no idea. I may have to check that out.
 
That's a very modern front end bodywork design compared to some of it's competitors back then, wouldn't look out of place in prototypes 25 newer than that
