Maybach

I saw a Maybach today. It was well cool. From the pics of them they look ugly, but in real life they look great. It was in shiny black with blacked out windows, but you could see inside close up. It was empty so I had a good look. I want one.

I'm moving the Maybach to Sub-Zero on my cool wall. :shock:

Today I saw my toes. Man, they were cool! I've got 10 of them y'know. The big one, his name's Fredrick. His brother's name is...Righty. Nobody likes him because I haven't cut him in a month.

Whatever. I've never seen your toes, but I can assure you them and a Ford Fiesta will never be as cool as a Maybach.

Yeah I saw a Maybach in a parking lot once a while back, but seriously it didn't look THAT spectacular from the outside. I know that the interior is super-luxurious but if I had the money I would go for a Rolls-Royce Phantom or something, at least the exterior looks more special than a Maybach.........

Personally I'd rather have a Phantom, but that's just me. Though the interior does look quite phenomenal, and I'd want to live in it.

I see a maybach once in a while here, they are inconspicious even though they are gigantic. And the point is that the Maybach should be much more distinct looking

I saw one a while back. I almost didn't notice it. It was just big and bland and ugly.

I can assure you, that no Ford will ever be sub zero on my cool wall.

It stood out to me. It wasn't parked on the street, but in a hotel driveway, but I noticed it. But, I thinks it's less in your face than the Phantom and looks better, more sleek and styleish. The Phantom is tacky and too flashy.

I went to the Rolls Royce factory in Chichester, last week (only from the outside I was going to Goodwood) but if you drive in and turn round you can see lines of Phantoms though the glass windows being finished off. And to be honest the best cars I saw there, were in the car park, almost all of them BMWs.

Hmm yes.

Indian kids dad has a Maybach at my school. He drives it once in a while, usual a C-320 is his "pimpn" ride. Its very nice quaility and its just plain nice

A Maybach can only ever be Seriously Uncool because you have to be disgustingly rich to afford one.

EDIT: Save the money and get an S500, 750Li or an A8L instead if you want to be chauffered around!

A Maybach can only ever be Seriously Uncool because you have to be disgustingly rich to afford one.

EDIT: Save the money and get an S500, 750Li or an A8L instead if you want to be chauffered around!

WRONG! the maybach is uncool because of the fact that it looks like sooo fucking bland. You would want one, but i would rather have the Phantom. Giant cars like that are gonna be hard to miss, why bother making them look conservative????

I'm with Blaro - I'd take a Phantom if I was in that market, without even giving the Maybach consideration.

There is absolutely no rational excuse for buying a car with that price tag. As somebody already mentioned, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Lexus ... make excellent cars. Nobody needs a better car than that. When you pay 2x the price of a luxury car, you're paying it to be noticed. And you won't be noticed in a Maybach. Sorry, it's just an overpriced, oversized S class (the new one of course, the old one was elegant and sleek, the new one is a tank made for the same customers as the Bangle's BMWs).

actually this entire thread is pointless... TGG doesn't have any pics of the maybachs so it can't go into the cool wall, its just some stupid pointless thread so TGG can tell the world he saw a Maybach

They are very nice. I know somebody with one, and somebody who is thinking of getting one.

They are kind of bland on the outside, but as somebody said this is the point, at this level of car if you want to be noticed you buy a Rolls. Owners try to get around this by choosing...."interesting" colour schemes, like blues, whites and greens, which always end up looking revolting. Black and grey, or something similar is the way to go.

On the inside they are SPECTACULAR! Everything you would want/need. My only complaint is that the TV screens are a little small....but they do have to fit on the back of the seat in front.
