Mercedes day (?)

Recently they turned a church into a hotel across the street, and they had (still have) opening and all kindsa crap. Yesterday i saw a gazillion of merc's driving up, and hotel personal was parking them just like in a movie. There is a parking place which is closed down and surrounded by mercedes flags, so i guess mercedes is some kind of sponsor or has some kind of promotion. anyway, point is lots of merks, mainly clk's, few e classes, amgs... :thumbsup:
yesterday i had no batteries (was/am so pissed of, beautiful day, all the merc's arrived at the same time, grrrr), so i made only 2 shots, but luckily they had the same thing today, so i could take a few more shots.

most of the pictures are from my room & the kitchen.

had to take a few shots through a dirty window which cant be opened :oops:

too late, its already a hotel :)
but there are a gazillion churches here, and they dont know what to do with them, one is a club called "night life" and now this is a hotel, and several others are under construction, who know's what'll happen there :D

cool... they actually have mercedes day?... in Hong Kong all I have to do is go to the town center and I probably get pictures of 6-7 mercedes in a row. :lol:
 
well, maastricht is a city with population of about 100-150,000people, so dont expect much :)
i could also go across the border to germany (10-15km) and stop in the 1st village where i'll see nothing but merc's :D
 
Cool picts! I especially like the one with all of them parked in a line (some facing in, some out).
 
the mercedes flags around the hotel are still there, so i guess they'll have this thing again today, i hope i can make some more pics :)
 
What about those licence plates? They're all almost identical. And all from Stuttgart.

the guys parking/driving away the cars spoke german, but i really have no clue why there were so many merc's... :dunno:
 
crap, they had it today again, with lots of cars again, but they arrived too late, and its already dark which aint any good for my camera :cry:
well, tomorrow's a day again :)
 
since they're all CLK's it looks like a launch party, but why?.. it's been out for quite a long time

It's the restyling. Look at the rear lights, with the white parts connected.
