The way the rear hatch/flap opens is pure fantasy. The gas strut gets in the way of any loading ability, and you'd be screwed opening it anywhere but outside with that kind of rise.

The panels are expensive, expect a few more panel gaps, and some simplifying of the shape. I also expect the cab to be a little less forward projected to allow more boot space and to improve visibility/safety.

If the next eclipse actually looks like that car, i'll eat Jeremy Clarksons hair!

The design is futuristic. The same thing is doing Nissan with his GTR prototype (to replace the good old Skyline). Now a V6 engine in a Eclipse looks kinda cool. The interior looks very nice

I'm quite fond of the stylings personally. Anything that seems too futuristic is a good thing imo

I agree, but the exterior hasnt changed at all since '02. I really hope they'll go for this one. Looks fantastic!
