I set up a fuel sender also so all works fine now, the only thing left is to set up an ABS, as digital dash isnt compatible with ABS i will need to work out something else :)

and that black down line is now painted in white

then it was time to do some update, as iam going on standalone system, 4G64(2.4) intake manifold must be in for that kind of set up

Nice work! Now you need to get a set of period SSRs for it.
 
That is probably the nicest E15 in Europe, and not the slowest. :) I've sometimes wondered, if the Caliber SRT-4 engine is close enough to a 4G64 to fit an E15 or E16 engine bay without having to fabricate half of the components.

I do wonder, E15 must be a little bit narrower than the E16A? I know of a complete blue interior, blue dashboard and all, which would be a nice match to the white exterior :) For the wheels, I suggest a set of AZEV A:s.

Also, on this forum I've seen posts from three other E15/E16 people; a Dutch Sapporo person, a Bulgarian guy with an RHD Galant Sigma and the owner of one of two surviving Sapporos in the UK. Sad to say, the last I heard of the British car was that the car blew its headgasket and the engine didn't fare too well.

You cant put an engine from SRT4 in it, you can only put from Eclipse,Lancer/Colt, and on Eclipse 2g not the 420A. Engine(chrysler) only 4G63

For me brown interior is the best for white colour, and for the wheels the best after oz ultraleggera

For other guys i know only for the guy from Bulgaria
And yes Galant is a little bit narrower that the sapporo but only in lenght

And by the way do you have or know where i can find some a/c components and cruise control stuff for our car
 
Your best bet is the junkyard; what components do you need? I have a spare A/C compressor and controller, and the guy from whom I got parts has the entire A/C setup pulled from a Sapporo. Of course, you need the A/C buttons and all if you're converting a non-A/C car. I personally don't know if my spare compressor is any good, and the one in my car makes this chafing noise every time it engages ? not a death rattle, but a not-too-well-oiled sort of sound.

What I'd do would be to source a junk Sapporo from Germany. There are a number of them left there, and by the looks of it there are a few rough ones. A complete Sapporo would easily act as a good parts source, especially as most of them have A/C and the suitable controls/buttons both on the steering column control center and the dashboard controls, as well as cruise control.

ok then, are you able to get me those parts?? and what you have on those list? do you maybe have seat heater complete?
 
I think the seat heaters are still attached to the seats the parts guy has...
 
can you connect me with him, or can you get me those parts from him?
 
I'm not too sure the parts guy will ship anything beyond the borders of this country. But in case I make another trip there (200km north from here), I can see if I can ask about that stuff. There's a number of things I will need to get from him in the future. I already took the spare control center (above driver's legs) for myself, as the one in my car has some issues with the illumination every now and then.
 
are you interested in that i pay to you for all parts and you send them to me?
