MMA 2012

God damn I love Pat Barry.

JDS will KO Cain again.

Other fights are good, but don't really want to predict them.

Sig bet is offered if PB has the balls for it.

Of course Cigano will win, he is Brazilian! :p

Seriously, I like the guy. Hope he puts on a good show.

Well shit.

How the hell did JDS did not fall after all those hits?

It's called having pillow fists. And I gotta say, seeing JDS' face right now almost makes up for what he did to Carwin last year. And the HW title curse gets to live on, until Bones decides to move up and finally shatters it.

I should watch that fight with Carwin you mentioned a few times,
HW curse?

No one keeps it for long?

No excuses here. The pressure was relentless, Cain won, I tip my hat to him.

Still a JDS fan, this is a tough night for me as a fan, but I'll still support him no matter what.

I've been right more times than not when it comes to JDS, this time I was wrong. I'm not too proud to admit it.

In the entire history of the UFC, no one has ever been able to defend the title more than twice. There has always either been a failed drug test, a car accident, some sort of injury, ect ect. And for those who didn't have it stripped wound up getting beat no later than in their third title fight as champion. Everyone who's ever held the belt has had something bad happen to them while they were champion.

I learned my lesson with Carwin/Lesnar a few years ago, NEVER be THAT sure of the outcome of a fight, NEVER. That kind of overconfidence will come back to bite you in the ass every time, that's why I always leave myself an out in my predictions, so I can at least pretend to save face when it's over. Remember the Rockhold/Jacare fight? You were so sure he was going to take the win and look what happened.
