Great minds of Final Gear, I come to you with a problem. And I'm really sorry if this doesn't make much sense, I'm incredibly frustrated with it as the computer and monitor were both bought less than two days ago.

I have an LG W2240T monitor and an HP HPE-210y Pavilion Elite pc with an AMD Phenom 2 945 Quad-core processor and an ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphics card. The monitor is plugged by the standard VGA connector.

So now, the problem: The monitor isn't responding to keyboard or mouse inputs to wake up from sleep mode. I've unplugged the cable from both ends and get the message "Check signal cable" each time. I tried plugging this old Dell monitor into it and the same thing happened, no picture. So, I think I'm looking at a busted graphics card, but I just want a second opinion to make sure.

Never mind, just figured it out. I'm an idiot.
