I had a thought earlier while watering the garden regarding some of the recent comments in this thread..

The audience members at Top Gear accept in the Terms and Conditions of attendance that their image may be used by the BBC etc etc etc. We are not exploiting them or that fact by posting images from the public domain in this thread or by discussing how attractive we feel they may or may not be.

If you find the above creepy or any other wealth of negative adjectives can I suggest you consider addressing your concerns towards many of the women who feature in the hardcore pornographic industry, particularly those in so-called "gonzo porn" who may have been coerced, bullied, or blackmailed into doing what they do in the name of "entertainment" or for financial reasons, perhaps to support a drug habit, and may have no choice?

This thread is harmless fun, and less offensive to the majority than many of the jokes and subjects that feature on Top Gear which seem to cause outrage in the tabloid press with alarming regularity, and I suspect it may be some of our members here who, while they may jump to the show's defence when faced with any such criticism from the Daily Fail et al, feel duty bound to complain about a thread such as this. I respect everyone's opinions here, and their right to voice them, but wy don't we all just agree to live and let live?

I'd write more but I'm expected at a United Nations summit at any moment.
