A likely prospect for production, the SK-Tourer is an altogether more appealing take on the mini-MPV theme than Daihatsu's earlier Move.
It's just 3.4m long, 1.48m wide and 1.45m tall, with a long glass sunroof to give the cabin an airy feel. Sleek and sporty-looking, its low-slung body can nonetheless provide space for four in comfortable seats.
The SK also has Daihatsu's turbocharged 660cc engine, in combination with a CVT gearbox and steering wheel-mounted sequential shift controls.
SK apparently stands for "invigorating" in Japanese.
