Nice :)

Do the pop-up lights work or are they like Jeremy's Maserati from the last episode of TG

EDIT: What size tires you run on those?

Very nice  (Biased? Me? No...)

Were you thinking of fitting the factory side skirts?

yes i was thinking about it till i found out a used set in miscelaneous colors will cost me some $120+

I'll probably make my own, and at the moment I'm playing around with my testarossa mirrors and making the round light setup for the car. Any mods I do are completely bolt on and I always keep the stock equipment stock (which is why I have the stock lip on right now even though I'm slowly making my own front lip for the car).
I realize the round taillights might not turn out anywhere near what I could guess they would be like, so I won't be slow to put the stock tails back on if it doesnt work out as planned.

I'll make a TG style vid of the car, but no voiceover. The problem is that I have a digital cam that does 320x240 videos and a camcorder that isnt even digital, and I would be filming and driving by myself, tho not at the same time ;)

the road is about 1 meter away :p it's an 89 NA, not an SC (too much $$ when things go bad on SC)

man i keep adding to my post when reading th added questions..

the rims are MK1 Supercharged 15" aluminum wheels and will be sanded soon.
the headlights work fine, one was replaced since the right one was smashed to about half the size when i bought the car (collision damage, see "my new toy" thread here)

Bummer - no matter, still looks great without them. I'm very interested in how it ends up looking after your mods - keep us updated.

Yep thats true. Maybe some modifications are needed, but ...

that exhaust wont fit in the car, too big and too high flow for the 1.6L engine, it would actually lose back pressure and lose power because of it. i'll probably sell it to a guy nearby for $150.

the MK1/AW11 came in NA from 84 to 89 and in Supercharged 88-89, no turbo.
i will probably be putting in a supercharged engine in once the 215k mile engine craps out. still running stong :D

i should mention that the 348 exhaust weighs some 50lb, something like 3x or more the weight of the stock exhaust :p

Sweet exhaust!!

So Hidden Valley...any good salad dressing to be procured there? :p

the horses there produce this ...stuff, comes in clumps, i guess you could try it on a salad

yes i'm aware of how long it could take to have a crappy engine. a guy recently replaced his engine since 430 000 miles was a bit too much
