Week 6: Say What? (Misheard Lyrics)

Songs for round 1 are due in 11 hours from now.

From round 2, votes will be set at 10 upvotes and 5 downvotes. No more than 3 upvotes per song, per player, and no more than 2 downvotes per song, per player.
 
I still would argue for a "no downvotes" approach since it's just demeaning to people's taste (even with all the vitriol I normally spew out in the comments).
 
I'm sitting this one out. I'll have neither the time nor the peace of mind to participate during Roadtrip.

But why have any choice to vote at all? The comments are sometimes rude, but ive learned to understand the music i like is far and away what people here like.
 
I think just having a 0-10 scale instead of forcing people to do negative votes (let's keep in mind - Music League does not allow you to not use all votes) is nicer.

Kinky was...weeeeeeell, I figured his songs might be a little Too Much out of context. Could've easily fit in the Guilty Pleasures or Hella Offensive rounds from the first Music League. He's a local legend, though. Hell, he got my vote for governor one year!

This would've been my first-round pick if I'd have caught the new game in time. The train part is, well...wait for it, haha. There's a lot of train songs out there, but it was the only one I would've picked because I love it when country music roasts itself:

Haha, I might've been too obvious with my description for Round 3. I almost went with "No Children," though! I even wrote up an explanation! It's kind of impossible not to sing along to, hence the crank-up. "Our friends say it's darkest before the sun rises / we're pretty sure they're all wrong!" It's so good.

"Put 'Em On the Glass" was recent, though. 10/10 parsh jam.

I was also considering Big Freedia's "Azz Everywhere" until I found out it wasn't on Spotify. Boooooo. They have the rework "Mo Azz," but that's slowed way down and doesn't go as hard as the original:
