Ok, you got me there. I seem to be against the norm though. I think the BRZ looks great and the FRS front looks meh so I guess my opinion of the new miata doesn't mean much.

Got a strong S2000 vibe from the front. Overall I really like it. It feels like a very Japanese roadster to me, which is odd considering the MX5 has always had that British roadster foundation.

Well, that live reveal was a complete disappointment. 1h50minutes, with 1 hour or so of waiting, 30 minutes of Duran Duran, and nothing on specs. At least it's a good looking car from the front and the side. Rear... I don't know.

This car is beautiful. The more I see it, the more I love it. Here are some interesting 'chops:



Looks very BMW Z to me in profile. This is far from a bad thing. The MX-5 has always been pretty boring in profile.

Yeah, it's a great looking car alright. I'm also hoping for a coupe version, although I would wonder if Mazda would charge more for it or less than the roadster.

I'm not a big fan of the standard wheels or the altezza style taillights. Other than that I think it's an okay looking thing, but not pretty in any way.
