says the guy who bought a 350Z and thinking of buying a S2k

350z or s2000 doesnt have the performance of evo or sti...
evo can lock low 13s stock...
and 11s with like 2 dollars of mods...
a Z on the other hand... high 13s or low 14s... and basic breathing mods technically make no difference (like 2hp for intake and 3 hp for exhaust?)

Nice car man, I am very jealous.

I have an '06 wrx wagon. I wanted the sti, but I have a hard enough time getting 91 octane around here and was told that the car would not perform nearly as well on 91. Who wants to buy a performance car for that much green and then put cheap gas in it?

Well, 91 and 93 are the usual levels, but in essence running 100 octane then switching to 93, the car won't perform as well. Its just a small difference, however there a lot of maps for 91 and 93 octanes on Sti/WRX

I did see that later after a little research, but the manufacturer suggests 93 as the minimum

There isn't a station within 100 miles of me that sells 93. I think 91 is the standard for premium in this area of California. I had talked to alot of the STi owners, and they said it's no problem running 91, pretty much all of them run that also, no remapping.

The gas prices here are base are always 2-3cents cheaper then the closest competitor, so if I'm getting 91 here for cheaper...I'm cool with it:D

I love wagons, especially the '06. I drove with someone with the same color wagon as yours, and I think they're great! I've seen some older Impreza/Legacy wagons at meets that have awesome setups.

Beautiful car. Although, I wouldn't choose black for a rally car.

Someone at my office just got a brand new STi and I almost didn't notice it, because it had a small lip-spoiler, rather then the big wing. After seeing a few dozen times, I think I like it better. Gives it that sleeper, regular Impreza, look that I think is mean. But still, looks great with the wing as well.

that one is the new Sti limited, i think they are making only 800 examples of that.

Nice job! How close were the times between you and the leaf spring wagon?
.5 seconds, we both had crap reaction...but I was so pumped and nervous at the same time that I kinda babied it off the line :D

Wow, I'm glad this thread was resurrected. That's a beautiful car, dude. I think it makes sense to get the car in memory of your dad. Keep that AF sticker in the car, and don't ever sell it.

My Buick was willed to me from my grandmother, and even though people don't see any value in an 18 year old GM, it means the world to me. I'll be so sad if anything bad happens to it. Hope you're having a great time driving your car :)

The lipstick looks fantastic in contrast to the black paint. Well done!

Why not do the left and right sides as well? That would look more complete in my opinion. Or is that a Subaru don't?

Anyhow, that is a nice touch.

From the looks of it, it's only put on the center piece.

I'm thinking about putting it on the other sides, but I was thinking that I have enough red/pink on the front from all the stickers as it is

First you should know that you can never really have too many stickers.
Second it sounds like you want to do it. You know it would look better, come on!
