I took it to mean his girlfriend/wife is a model and doesn't want to put her body through a pregnancy until she is older. Or am I missing the joke?

Just the fact that he felt the need to tell us that his girlfriend was a model and doesn't want to put her body through a pregnancy until she is older. "Naww, it ain't my daughter. Just thought it was cute" would not have come across as bragging. Sane guy who felt the need to start the eye infections theread. :p
 
Well, we don't know what kind of model. She could be a cankle sock model. Or a model for plus size granny panties.

And really...Heidi Klum has had at least 4 kids...what does that even mean? And for every "after" photo, there needs to be a "before" model. :p
