one more shot
here u can see the HUGE difference in color temps
the 5000K look almost yellow in comparison to the fog lights
looking closely at the ground you can see different colors from
the two types of lights

Bastards like you who keep blinding me through my mirror at night with your obscenely bright headlights! (must get anti-dazzle mirrors for car!)

Looks nice - real nice. And should really help give you some actual visibility which will of course be good! Just remember to turn off the fogs when you don't need them, m'kay? :)

(seriously, the amount of times I've been blinded by front and rear fog lights in the past week just isn't funny)

Looks very nice.
Just hope your not a person that allways has it's foglights on... if there's something i hate it'll be that and old people never turning on their lights.

[edit] haha monkey was thinking the same thing[/edit]

Looks terrific, matches those angel eye projectors wonderfully. (Brilliantly, I should say. Groan...)

my reasoning for having the fogs on all the time

1. looks cool
2. helps old ppl see me, around here (NJ) esp with so many poorly educated drivers, and ppl that all around don't care they are operating a machine capable of killing
3. they really shouldn't blind u, mine don't the camera just catches the flair that way...
4. i'm working on getting some rear fogs lights setup =] maybe i'll put HIDs in too =]

Wrong Wrong Wrong...

:bangin:

Fog lights always dazzle, because it's another source of light directed to other drivers' eyes. And with wet weather, that flare on the road will be really blinding.

5er looks good

^ well, everytime I see a car with those xenon headlamps, they blind me. I really wonder if that's the point and if they tested that.

and if the headlights turn with the steering wheel, it's even worse, then they"re all shocky as well

i hate those things :x

Over here cops pull you over if they see you driving with those foglights on all the time... but I agree if you're living around a lot of those older people, I'd make sure I get noticed..

Doesn't bother me at the day at all, but man, I hate those who use foglights at night. WE CAN SEE YOU PERFECTLY FINE! Stop fucking blinding everyone. Although it may look cool, for me it's associated with selfish dicks behind the wheel.

I actually use my foglights on highways at the day, so I don't have to rise my flip-up lights. But they are a joke as a lightsource, and are there just so something would shine at the front while driving lights are off (we must keep our lights on 24h/day by the law).

So yeah, congrats on your new lights, but please, don't overuse them.

yah i hear what u're sayin

i have my car lowered and whenever i see one of those huge
SUVs comin i know that i'm gonna get hit by the light RIGHT in
the eyes =]

even tho they have it aimed perfectly from the factory just the
fact that my car is lower causes the blindness =]

i'm installing fog/driving lights on mr MR2 but there's a reason for it. i drive through a canyon in fog at night to and back from my college, and there's no street lighting. i'll take any additional lumens.
also, mine have the deflectors so they only shine down on the road and dont blind people.

i also have a switch so they arent always on.
