Right. While this whole "Jeremy in Car VS. Other two guys in other mode of transport" has become somewhat of a tradition, I would like to see something new next series. If they do have another one of those races next series I was hoping they would take a car that they've reviewed before so that they can focus more on the race and not keep talking about the car. If they do use a new car though, I hope they use the new Jaguar XK. If they use an older car, they should use either a Bentley Continental GT or a BMW M5 or M6.
My main idea is a replacement to the old race format. I dunno how many of you people here have heard of or seen The Amazing Race on TV (Canada and US, dunno about other countries). I've never watched a full episode myself, but the main idea is that there a several groups of people trying to get to a final destination, but they have no idea where it is (is this right? correct me if you know). The only way they know where to go this via various clues given to them in various landmarks in cities and towns that they travel too. In the show, these people use all sorts of methods of transportation (car, train, plane.......). TG Amazing Race will instead pit Hammond, May and Jezza all against eachother. And instead of using other forms of transportation, they all have to pick a car, kind of like when they all went to that bridge in France. Or better yet, give them each some money and tell them to buy a used car to go in, just like the cheap car segments
. With May's sense of direction and Hammond's competitiveness and Jezza's hardheadedness, it'll make for good watching
