Its going on once I have all the other tweaks finished... so for now its in the folder of reciepts for the BMW. :) How many people do you think will know what it is? Since I'm in California. :D

Sorry to be harsh, but I don't think you deserve a sticker like that, if you didn't drive it yourself. But hey, that's just me.

maybe he is collecting a lot of material about the ring and studies it carefully because one day he plans to go there... :dunno:

Kickass, but yeah, to make it true, you really should drive it. However, since it is 1/2 way around the world, I say it's fine and too much to ask. ;)

Does GT4 count? :p

I am a huge fan of the ring and of Sabine. Lots of videos, books and bookmarks. :) There are plans in the works to actually drive it... but the car won't be there. So it is a bit tongue-in-cheek.

Its a nice dark grey line on a black car with no other stickers or other add ons, so hopefully it will be very discrete.

I don?t see anything wrong in putting a sticker without having driven there...only if the sticker said something like: "Been there, done that" or something like it.

like "keep attacking the Nurenburgring" ? :D

More like "keep attacking the Nurenburgring" in GT4

Bumper stickers on a BMW? Wrong wrong wrongetty wrong wrong wrong. Nurburgring or 'Honk if you're horny' it doesn't matter, any bumper sticker is trashy.

BTW, new love for the Monaro Redliner?

Hang your heads in shame both of you, it's N?rburgring, not Nurenburgring

Nuremberg is where the WWII trials were held

N?rburg is where the 'ring is.

Nurenburg is a place I invented the first time I made this post, before swek thankfully corrected me  (see swek post down there a-ways)

nurenburgring hahahhahah classic
where did you get the sticker?

Ack! [goes and fixes his post] Posted under the duress of fresh Pizza. :p

Its not really a bumper sticker... its a 'ring sticker... going on the boot. :D

I got it off ebay.uk... although I'm pretty sure its authentic I'm not 100%.

These stickers should be only sold at the 'Ring itself :)
For me it's like putting ///M stickers on regular bmw.

I know it's a bit harder for you to take your car there, but sorry, that's just my opinion.

Old love in fact...just seemed right to match the avatar and the sig.
I liked the car even when I only knew the v6 version (the only available here).

Haha, yet another time fbc fails on German city names. You got the ring part right this time, but "Nurenburg" ? Oh dear !

The WWII trials were held at the city of N?rnberg, known to our English speaking crowd as Nuremberg.

I guess that's what you get for being a half-smart smartass.

Doh!!! *slaps self*. I'm such a goof sometimes...

I've even been to Nuremberg (lovely place), I suppose I was distracted by the 'Nurenburgring' spelling - idiot me.. So not so much a case of being half-smart, more being in a rush to correct the 'Nurenburgring' thing.

Consider me suitably embarrased.

Hey so I got the right 'u' character? I wasn't sure which one it was (see swek, you taught me something in that other thread :)). So I'm getting better at your crazy place names.

Yepp, if things continue like this you'll be fluent in German in no time.
