My New Years Resolution accountability thread

I started the new year with bacon pancakes... it's going well :p

Bacon makes everything better, so that must have been awesome pancakes :cool:


I've lost about 16 kg in the last 5 months but still need to loose about 11 kg, should take ~3 months or so, I need to take it slowly or I'll just put it all on again.
 
I have my Nike Fitness Club app set up - I start bodyweight exercises 3 days a week starting tomorrow.

I also have plans to pre make my lunch and dinners for the week tomorrow. This week - Chicken Breast. 8 chicken breasts, a mix of lemon pepper and italian chicken.

I also plan on making rice and maybe broccoli, dunno if I have a steamer attachment for my rice cooker. If not, I'll make it on the stove.
