Need a SUPER easy job done please

Even though I have Photoshop, I have no idea how to do this. So, I'll post here.

I need a quarter circle like this, except not shitty:

Make it have a 100 pixel radius and I'll shrink it to the size I need. I'll be using it to make round corners on comments by me on my new blog theme:

Bah, works fine with one, but it didn't occur to me that I couldn't have 4 background images.

Luckily, a solution was given to me, but it doesn't use images, so.. :lol:
